Alvin Barskiy is an associate attorney in Mullen Coughlin's Incident Response practice area. With previous incident response experience, Alvin is responsible for assisting organizations of all sizes and across all industry sectors in responding to, and investigating, data privacy and security incidents of all types. Additionally, his work with commercial real estate companies in particular, and their contract provisions, provides him with a unique insight into the various types of data privacy and security incidents and relevant laws and regulations that impact the industry.

Amanda Harvey is a Partner at Mullen Coughlin and focuses her practice on providing organizations of all sizes and from every industry sector in first-party incident response and third-party privacy defense legal services. Amanda guides organizations through all stages of responding to, or preparing for, a data privacy and security incident, ranging from the initial discovery and containment of the incident, to counseling the organization on its legal obligations and, finally, with responding to inquiries from regulators, law enforcement and the media. Amanda has counseled hundreds of organizations in investigating and responding to an incident compromising information and network security, working closely with the various stakeholders in the incident response process such as the organization itself, third-party forensic investigators and law enforcement. She advises victim organizations on their legal notice and compliance responsibilities required by state, federal and international law, as well as those stemming from industry-specific standards, ethical obligations and contract.
Amanda has experience with organizations in the healthcare and life sciences industry, such as hospital and healthcare systems and providers, as well as organizations from other industries including financial services; retail/e-commerce; hospitality and entertainment; and professional services. Amanda also has two decades of experience handling complex and diverse litigation, defending organizations at all levels in both federal and state courts. Ashley joined Mullen Coughlin from NJM Insurance where she was a Staff Attorney defending NJM-insureds in workers' compensation litigation. This included handling all aspects of workers' compensation litigation, including conducting legal research, preparing legal documents, negotiating settlements and representing clients during court and other legal proceedings. She also assisted in the oversight of outside law firms' handling of workers' compensation and third-party suits litigated in Pennsylvania. Previously, Ashley represented self-insured employers, insurance companies and third-party administrators as an attorney practicing workers' compensation litigation in New Jersey and Pennsylvania as part of her private law firm practice.
Ashley was also a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Magistrate Judge Renee H. Toliver in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas.

Bradely Fenniman is an Associate with Mullen Coughlin, practicing in the Firm's Incident Response service area. Industry-agnostic, Brian guides victim organizations through the full lifecycle of an incident response, providing the necessary counsel to oblige by the various data privacy and information security laws and regulations that affect how an organization needs to respond to, and investigate, a data privacy and security incident. He works closely with all incident response stakeholders - including cyber insurance carriers and brokers, digital forensic investigators and law enforcement - to identify and contain the incident, determine legal and regulatory obligations and mitigate the effects of the incident on the organization's operations, finances and reputation.
Prior to joining Mullen Coughlin, Brian was a Senior Assistant Prosecutor for the Bergen County, NJ Prosecutor's Office. In addition to his prosecutorial duties, Brian created the first-of-its-kind Cyber Crimes Unit for the Office in 2004 and served as the Unit's Chief Assistant Prosecutor for over 17 years. In that capacity, he was responsible for supervising and prosecuting all cybercrime cases in Bergen County, such as unlawful/unauthorized data access, child exploitation and endangerment, terroristic threats and "swatting." During this time, he built relationships with state and federal law enforcement agencies, including the FBI and Homeland Security. These relationships are ones he leverages when responding to data privacy and security incidents as part of his current practice.
Brian also supervised the creation of, and acted as the legal advisor for, the Digital Forensics Lab of the Bergen County Prosecutor's Office, which analyzed thousands of devices for digital evidence of criminality.

Craig G. Steen is a Partner at Mullen Coughlin, practicing in the Incident Response practice group.
