Andrew Walker is Executive Chairman of Oxenwood. Andrew has over 35 years' experience in real estate private equity investment and real estate securities analysis. He co-founded Forum Partners in 2002, a global real estate investment management firm with five offices across Europe, Asia and North America. Forum provided growth and/or restructuring capital to leading sector focused public and private real estate companies. Andrew has served on the board of public companies in France, Germany, Switzerland and the UK and a number of other private companies in Europe.. Previously he began his career at Richard Ellis and worked for a number of investment banks as a securities analyst.

Ashley joined Oxenwood in July 2023. She is responsible for asset management and leasing as well as assisting with sales, acquisitions and developments across Oxenwood's joint-venture portfolios. Prior to joining Oxenwood Ashley spent three years at USS within the asset management team and has worked on retail, office and industrial assets nationally.
Ashley is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and holds a PgDip in Real Estate from London Southbank University.
Chris joined Oxenwood in October 2016. Prior to joining Oxenwood, Chris spent three years at Accenture where he qualified as a Chartered Global Management Accountant whilst completing the rotational graduate scheme. Chris holds an MSc in Finance and Investment as well as a BA in Economics from The University of Exeter.
Claire joined Oxenwood in September 2022 and is Head of Asset Management responsible for assets across UK and continental Europe. Prior to joining Oxenwood she completed 1 bn of predominately industrial real estate transactions across Europe whilst at M7 Real Estate, a European industrial and multi let specialist. Claire then moved to Ciel Capital a boutique investment and asset manager where she focused on operational real estate and asset repositioning. Claire started her career at Colliers International where she worked in the valuations team and spent time with the real estate lending team at HSBC .
Claire received a MA from the University of Kingston in European Real Estate and a BA in French and Spanish from the University of Manchester. She is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
Daniel joined Oxenwood in August 2022, currently working within both the Investment and Asset Management teams. Prior to joining Oxenwood, he spent three years at a family business assisting in the acquisitions of distressed High-Street Retail assets as well as founding an Art Gallery in London, specialising in emerging artists.
Daniel holds an MSc in Real Estate from Bayes Business School and a BA in French and Spanish from the University of Bristol. He is presently pursuing a Real Estate Financial Modelling Certificate at Bayfield in association with the University of Cambridge.
Emily joined Oxenwood in October 2022. Prior to this, she worked in the fit-tech industry for Apex Rides producing smart bikes for at home workouts. During her time here, Emily was responsible for managing the Customer Success team and establishing the People Operations strategy. She holds a BA for Business and Marketing Management from Oxford Brookes University.
Evelyn joined Oxenwood in July 2014. She is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. She qualified in 2012 with BDO LLP.From 2012 to 2013 she worked at Kleinwort Benson Private Bank, where she was responsible for a variety of statutory and internal reporting. Prior to joining Oxenwood she worked as an independent consultant to University College London, creating a financial model for the Department of Neurology and worked as an auditor overseas.
Jeremy has more than 29 years' experience in real estate and real estate finance. Before co-founding Oxenwood in 2014, he was a founding shareholder of London & Stamford Property prior to its IPO in 2007 and a director of the company's £1.15 billion joint venture portfolios. Between 2004 and 2006, Jeremy worked for the Pears Family. As a Director of Pears Global Real Estate Investors, he was responsible for establishing the overseas real estate investment and asset management operation, opening an office in Munich and overseeing the acquisition of 300 million of European real estate investments. Prior to Pears, Jeremy spent four years at Citigroup, structuring real estate co-investment transactions, and eight years at Guardian Properties in property fund management.
Josh joined Oxenwood in February 2023 as a Finance Analyst. Prior to joining Oxenwood, Josh was an Audit Assistant Manager at EY with over four years' audit experience specialising in the real estate industry, with further experience in construction and hospitality.
Whilst at EY Josh qualified as a Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales ("ICAEW"). He also holds a BSc in Accounting and Finance from the University of Bath.
Léonore joined Oxenwood as an intern for a rotational internship program in August 2021 which will last until the end of this year. The rotation will encompass her working in finance, asset management and the investment teams. Prior to her arrival in the UK, Léonore obtained a BSc of Science in International Hospitality Management from the Ecole Hotelière de Lausanne in Switzerland. She now also holds a MSc in Real Estate from Bayes Business School.
Nick joined Oxenwood in January 2019 and is Head of Investments and Execution, responsible for investment activity across UK and continental Europe. Prior to joining Oxenwood, Nick completed 0.4bn of logistics real estate transactions whilst at Delin Capital Asset Management, a European logistics specialist and SEGRO plc, a FTSE 100 REIT, specialising in the management and development of logistics and light industrial real estate.
He started his career at KPMG where he advised on transactions with a value of £0.4bn as part of the Healthcare Mergers & Acquisitions team. Nick received a BSc from the University of Exeter and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland. He previously qualified as a Chartered Tax Advisor
Olli joined Oxenwood as Finance Manager in June 2021, having previously spent two years at Empiric Student Property PLC as a Management Accountant, where he was responsible for the accounting, financial reporting and budgeting for a portfolio of the group's assets.
Prior to his time at Empiric, Olli spent four years at Simmons Gainsford LLP as a Senior Auditor, where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (‘ICAEW'). He holds a BA in Business Studies from The University of Manchester.
Before co-founding Oxenwood in 2014, Stewart was a founding shareholder of London & Stamford Property prior to its IPO in 2007. As part of the senior management team at London & Stamford, he was responsible for all investment, development and asset management activities within its portfolio. He began his career in 1995 at Healey & Baker (now Cushman & Wakefield), working within the central London team. In 2001, Stewart joined Deutsche Property Asset Management with initial day-to-day responsibility for the retail property fund, before having a broadened remit to cover investment and asset management across the real estate sectors.
