OLI 4

The Ohio Leadership for Inclusion, Implementation, & Instructional Improvement (OLi 4) is a two-year professional learning program that builds the capacity of school principals and assistant principals to improve results for all students, including those from marginalized groups (e.g., students with disabilities, students living in poverty, students with learning difficulties) through the development of instructional leadership capacity.
