We established Schneider Law Group, a business boutique law firm, as an attractive alternative to the large firm model for both clients and attorneys. We believe that a law firm can help clients feel comfortable and assured with their legal services and at the same time be a place where experienced attorneys can enjoy the practice of law... While practicing at large firms and as in-house counsel, we recognized two emerging trends in the legal industry. First, the consolidation of the large North Carolina law firms with even larger regional and national firms was leaving many businesses priced out or lost in the shuffle. Second, and at the same time, attorneys practicing under the traditional large firm model were increasingly frustrated by the lack of flexibility and life sacrifices required to succeed... We provide services in the areas of business, mergers & acquisitions, tax strategy, employment and real estate.
