Established in 1978, GRAMS was formed by a group of local community elders in a small house located in Beachlands. The Board of Directors were voluntary community people that employed one doctor, who was supported by a team of volunteer workers taking on roles in reception, administration, bookkeeping and as health workers...
36 years later, GRAMS has grown to provide over 26,000 episodes of care to clients across the Mid West and Gascoyne districts. We attracted recurring funds to employ a workforce and in 1992, we moved to larger premises on Rifle Range Road, Rangeway. This building was upgraded in 2004 to accommodate the growing service.
