As General Manager of Laser Clinics Australia, Tim led the organisation through an unpresented period of growth, resulting in the acquisition of the business by Kohlberg Kravis Roberts (KKR) in 2017. Tim's experiences spans a variety of industries (Professional Services, FMCG, Retail, Health Services) and ownership structures (Partnership, Private Equity, Mutinational, Australian Corporate, Franchise System).
