We're a mom and pop design house with over 17 years of experience in the Learning and Development field. Yep, that's right-we started designing eLearning before most rapid eLearning software even existed! Since we had fallen in love with eLearning, we decided to start our own business in 2014 and have been going strong ever since... When you choose to work with us, who you start the project with is who you will be finishing the project with. We don't subcontract our work to offshore design companies. We work side-by-side (in a virtual sense) with your Learning and Development department to bridge training gaps and create training materials that will leave you saying, "We should have contacted Sova Wise sooner!"
