Our catering events feature one or both of our mobile BBQ Smoker Trailers - Tequila Sheila or Big Sheila - along with a personal pitmaster for the day. The thrill of the fire and the smell of wood smoke provide a great environment for any outdoor party... No matter the occasion, large or small, Tequila Sheila works with you to plan the location, service level, and menu.
