The Quality Improvement Center for Workforce Development (QIC-WD) is dedicated to understanding how to improve child welfare workforce outcomes... The QIC-WD's mission is to strengthen and improve the child welfare workforce by using research to build knowledge in the field. We do this by leveraging our expertise in workforce, implementation and evaluation and by working in close partnership with our project sites.
