Chimwemwe A.P.S. Msukwa

Mr. Chimwemwe A.P.S. Msukwa is a development specialist with more than 30 years of development practice on designing and providing capacity development services on participatory community development approaches aimed at transformation of local governance institutions, mindset change and social economic development. On the coffee front, Chimwemwe has been working with several coffee growers' associations in Misuku to help them develop management and growth strategies for the associations. He is an avid environmentalist who has dedicated his life and work on ensuring landscape restoration. He is a senior practitioner for the Emerald Network Ltd, a global evaluation network and founder and Team Leader of the Development Technical Assistance Services (DeTAS), a consulting company based in Malawi. His expertise covers diverse areas including food and nutrition, natural resource management systems, public health, education, water, hygiene and sanitation and governance. He has extensive experience in the Southern and East Africa Regions covering Malawi, Mozambique, Uganda, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Madagascar, South Africa, and the Horn of Africa. Chimwemwe holds a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture from the University of Malawi (formerly Bunda College); a Master's degree in agriculture Extension from The University of Reading and a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Development Studies from the University of Western Cape.

Mr. Chimwemwe Mlaviwa specializes in financial risk management, spanning; credit, market, liquidity and operational risk management and analysis, risk strategy development and appetite setting, governance frameworks and policy design, stress testing and early warning mechanisms and cooperate governance. He currently works for the Reserve Bank of Malawi as Principal Supervisor (Banking Institutions). He has previously worked for Alliance Capital as a Money Market Analyst and Treasury Dealer. As an entrepreneur, Chimwemwe is a co-founder, partner, and Investment & Finance Director in the Green Acres partnership. Green Acres focusses on commercial farming ventures currently dealing in sugarcane and legumes value chains. He holds a Master of Science in Cooperate and Financial Risk Management from the University of Sussex; a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences (Economics) from the University of Malawi Chancellor College; and a certificate in Business Accounting.

Mr. Emmanuel Nyirenda

Mr. Emmanuel Nyirenda is a seasoned financial management expert. He joins the board of directors for The Village Farms Ltd with over 11 years of experience in accounting, finance, auditing and administration. Mr. Nyirenda currently works as the Country Finance Manager for Nascent Solutions Inc. He has previously worked with organizations including Concern Worldwide, Dairiboard Malawi Ltd, Goal Malawi and KPMG. Mr Nyirenda brings experience on Financial Risk Management, Accounting and Auditing. He is a holder of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from University of Malawi, The Polytechnic; a Chartered Accountant (Malawi) and Fellow ACCA member.

Mrs. Pachalo Msukwa

She has over 12 years' experience working as a Nurse/Midwife in Malawi.
