With extensive home building and lot development experience, Duke Homes capitalized on the extreme devaluation that occurred in the residential lot market. With a lower cost basis on the lots it owns, Duke Homes has the ability to provide its customers with a beautiful home at a price that beats the competition. The company has purchased more than 26 different subdivisions in the last few years.
