Charles R. Brown

Charles Brown, now with Tower Partners Group, an affiliate of Crown Holdings Group, is actively involved with the acquisition, development, planning and management of a significant property in the Central Perimeter market of Metro Atlanta in the City of Dunwoody, 244 Perimeter Center Parkway. The building is approximately 260,000 sf, sitting on 15 acres, and the site is zoned for upwards of 2,000,000 sf. Mr. Brown's experience includes management, marketing and development of mixed use, commercial, office, industrial and residential properties. He has served as an officer in the four firms with which he has been previously associated and worked with the owners or partners in the developments noted. Mr. Brown has been directly involved with the development of several well-known and outstanding real estate transactions, such as: Technology Park/Atlanta, John's Creek, Lenox Park, and Atlantic Station. Mr. Brown is a graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology, where he received a B.S. degree in Building Construction from the College of Architecture. He practiced architecture for a short time before entering the commercial real estate field in Atlanta. Since that time, Mr. Brown has been involved in various phases of the Real Estate profession, including brokerage, consulting, developing and marketing, not only in the Southeast but also nationally and internationally. Mr. Brown also presently serves as an independent director of Columbia Property Trust, a NYSX listed REIT where he is a member of the Audit and Operations committees. Mr. Brown has served as Gwinnett County's representative on the MARTA Board of Directors, as well as an at large member on the State Board of Technical and Adult Education. During his term as Chairman of the Facilities Community with the State Board of Technical and Adult Education, over $400,000,000 of new schools were built. Brown has received numerous awards and honors for community service as well as recognition for his, vision, activities and accomplishment in the real estate profession.

Eyal (Al) Livnat - President

Eyal (Al) Livnat is a founding member of Duke Homes, Inc. and Duke Land Group, Inc. Currently Mr. Livnat is responsible for all operating functions of Duke Homes, Inc. and Duke Land Group, Inc. He manages the construction and development of existing portfolios and the re-development of new communities for residential, mixed-use, and apartment communities in the Atlanta and Southeast market. Mr. Livnat began his real estate career in 1998 and during the first 10 years of his real estate career purchased, renovated, designed, constructed, and sold over 800 single family town homes and condos in the Atlanta metro area. In addition, he was involved in the purchase and re-development of over 2,000 lots and was responsible for overseeing over $200 million in construction. In the past 3 years, Duke Homes has evaluated and executed acquisitions and dispositions of development of real estate opportunities throughout the Southeastern United States totaling over $2 billion. Mr. Livnat was born in Zefat, Israel and moved to the United States in 1989. Eyal served 3 1/2 years in the IDF and is fluent in both Hebrew and English. Mr. Livnat is a master builder and member of the NHAB, AHBA and Earth Craft Builder.

Meir Matana

Meir Matana joined Crown Holdings Group as a Principal in early 2009 with over 24 years of robust professional experience in real estate, legal, finance, business management and engineering. Mr. Matana is a co-managing member of Bentley Capital Group, the investor relationship arm of Crown Holdings Group. His overall responsibilities include fundraising, financing and investor relations. Mr. Matana began his career as a Practical Engineer at the Israeli Aircraft Industry and as a Field Engineer at E.C.I. Telecommunications Ltd. After completion of his IDF service and admission to the Israeli Bar Association he worked as an attorney at Fischer, Behar, Chen & Co., one of Israel's leading commercial law firms. At FBC, Mr. Matana specialized in M&As, real estate, corporate finance, private placements and PIPE transactions in TASE and NASDAQ. As an attorney, Mr. Matana represented DSPC Israel in INTEL Corporation purchase of DSPC ($1.6 billion). From mid-2000 to late 2006 he focused on consulting Israeli and international mid-size firms in the initiation, negotiation and closing of complicated worldwide transactions in real estate, M&A and high-tech; while taking senior executive roles in clients' management teams. In 2006, Mr. Matana was nominated as an Executive Director and Head of Investment Banking for IBI Investment House Ltd., one of Israel's leading investment houses and then the largest underwriter in Israel. While with IBI, he raised client financing through various Israeli and non-Israeli investment groups and structural forms. In this regard, Mr. Matana has worked with a diverse base of investors including; leading Israeli and European institutional investors, ultra high net worth individuals, corporations and leading family offices. In 2009, Mr. Matana joined Crown Holdings Group as a principal, and since then he has been directly responsible for raising over $300 million during the past 3 years.Read Moreā€¦ Overall, during the last 20 years Mr. Matana has completed over $3B in business transactions (mainly real estate) as well as over $2B in legal transactions. Mr. Matana served in the Israeli Air Force between 1988 to 1991, first as a Cadet at the prestigious IAF Flight Course and then as an IAF Engineer in the IAF Air-to-Air missiles laboratories. Mr. Matana is a 1988 Practical Engineer (electronics and computers) graduate of the Lady Davis College. In 1994 he was granted his Senior Investment Consultant certificate by the Israeli College for Stock Market Studies. In 1996, Mr. Matana received both his Bachelor of Law degree (LL.B) from Tel-Aviv University (Buchmann Faculty of Law) and his Bachelor of Arts degree (B.A.) in Economics from Tel-Aviv University (Gershon H. Gordon Faculty of Social Science). In 1999, he received his Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Finance & Accounting from Tel-Aviv University (Faculty of Management, Leon Recanati Graduate School of Business Administration). Mr. Matana is admitted to the Israeli Bar Association as an Israeli attorney. He is married with four children and resides in Atlanta, Georgia.

William R. (Bill) Probst

Bill Probst has land development experience spanning a career of more than 55 years. He is a civil engineer from Georgia Tech and a registered professional engineer licensed in Georgia and four other states. Mr. Probst is has also obtained his registered land surveyor designation and is a landscape architect in Georgia. Mr. Probst has developed several mixed use project, an industrial park and strip shopping centers. A career high light among many has been the development of over 25,000 home sites in more than 100 developments. His signature properties carry the name of Smoke Rise and are located throughout the multi-county Atlanta Metropolitan area. Mr. Probst has been a civic and industry leader. He has been a development spokesman, serving many years as member and President of the DeKalb Developer Association, and was a co-founder of the Georgia Land Developers Association. Bill's civic activities include member and Vice Chairman of MARTA, vice Chairman of DeKalb County Planning Commission, Chairman of the DeKalb County Board of Appeals,and Board member of the DeKalb County Chamber of Commerce. He is Past President of the Decatur Rotary Club, where he has been a member for over 50 years.
