We are a team of 50 people each with their own and unique B-side. At the same time, our A-sides vary from creatives, media planners, account executives and many others backgrounds so we can provide solutions from research and concept making, to prototyping and communication within our team. We have also been working on spreading Team B global throughout Dentsu Aegis Network... Dentsu Team B is a team consisting of people who all have a B-side. What is a B-side? If your job description is your A-side, your B-side would be your passionate hobby, your major in collage, your side-job, your other specialty…something you are very passionate about. Using our B-sides we suggests a Plan B to solve various challenges with an alternative approach. We are a team that aims to break the sense of stagnation existing around us and create new processes for the 21st century.
