HCM is an Asheville, North Carolina-based civil engineering and construction management company established in 2006. We individually and as a company have over forty years of diverse project and construction management experience in a variety of locations. We have worked for both private companies and public agencies, constructing civic buildings (city hall, library, public work buildings and maintenance facilities), churches, petrochemical facilities, industrial buildings, wastewater/water treatment plants, hospitals, museums, tunnels, pipelines, and residential development projects...
