Paul graduated from North Carolina State University in Civil Engineering/ Construction Management. His project/ construction management experience began in 1978 with Fluor Engineering, United Parcel Services, and as co-owner/Vice President of firms in California and North Carolina for the past eighteen years. Paul has constructed a variety of projects: wastewater treatment, large commercial, industrial, churches, office upfits, warehouses and multifamily developments. He has provided on-site construction management, as well as construction supervisory services.
Susan graduated from Iowa State University in Construction Engineering and is a licensed Civil Engineer in California, New York and North Carolina. Her project/ construction management and scheduling experience began in 1981 and has been a co-owner/president of firms in California and North Carolina for the past eighteen years. She has managed construction projects as the Owner's Representative; prepared/updated schedules during design and/or construction (Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project); analyzed construction schedules and time delays for various cities, municipali ties and contractors.
