CHF is an independent family run business in Benfield Way, Braintree. We opened our doors in 2001 and we pride ourselves on our community values and friendly atmosphere... After spending over 4 year in our Bocking premises it was time to move on. In March 2006 we made our first move to East Street, Braintree. At this site we were able to offer our members more in terms of equipment; we introduced studio classes, a ladies only gym and a crèche. Finally, in August 2014 we relocated a second time to Benfield Way, Braintree. The 3rd generation CHF is able to offer what we do today... We have a large range of facilities at CHF and we are constantly striving to improve by adding classes to timetables and updating our equipment.
