Community CIO, LLC was formed by Bill Neely in 2017. Our mission is to eliminate technology problems for nonprofit organizations. We focus our energy in San Antonio and the surrounding communities... Before forming Community CIO, Bill spent 24 years in industry with a large food service distributor, starting as a Software Developer and rising to Director of IT Governance.
