Virtual Office Information SQL was designed to emulate a manual file system. Therefore, you can create different Virtual Cabinets according to already existing filing cabinets. Virtual Office Information SQL then allows you to create folders to populate the virtual cabinets with. Within these folders, you can create documents. These documents can be attached to any type of file. For example, on folder could have a scanned TIFF file, a Microsoft® Word file, a Microsoft® Excel file, an AutoCAD drawing and even an audio or video file.
