People in Partnership is a registered charity governed by a management committee and managed on a day to day basis by the PIP Team... PIP is a registered charity number 1002294 and is independent of local and national government groups. We receive the majority of our funding from charitable organisations. We also receive funding from the Henry Smith Foundation... People in Partnership (PIP) have been providing independent advocacy support and training for people with a disability since 1991. We work mainly in Birmingham but offer our training throughout Britain. We work inclusively with all disabled people including those who have learning and physical disabilities, autism, epilepsy and sensory disabilities. We ensure that our service is accessible to all members of the community regardless of their ethnicity, age, gender, race, culture, disability, sexuality or sexual status.
