Nelson Paiz, owner of Nelson Upholstery Studio, apprenticed at several upholstery shops as a young man. He learned more of his upholstery trade along with wood refinishing at a large furniture upholstery manufacturing business in Chicago. He continued his education and experience with another company as a furniture pattern maker and also went to school to learn auto upholstery. When he gained enough knowledge and experience he felt confident to open his own upholstery and wood refinishing business . . . Nelson Upholstery Studio.
