The company was founded by Shri Gour Gopal Paul in the year 1950. Initially known as Jayanti Electric Co., the entity had grown to a company of excellent repute. In 1976 the company was renamed as Trinayani Electric Co. which subsequently expanded and a new entity was added to the group in 2003, Crystal Enterprise.
