Shri Asish Paul joined the Group in 2009. A Mechanical Engineer, Asish Paul has worked in RPG Netcom Ltd, Spencer's Retail Ltd. and Aditya Birla Retail Limited. He is also an active member of Bengal National Chamber of Commerce & Industry and Calcutta Management Association. His primary responsibilities include fostering a culture that aligns with the core values of the Trinayani Group, developing strategy to position the company for long term success, and effectively allocating human and financial capital to implement strategy. He works with other members of the management team on business development and industry relations, and stays involved with every major client and project.
