When we, as a family, made the decision to join the ranks of full-time RVers, we also made a commitment to ourselves to become as self-reliant as possible. For years, we heard the horror stories of people waiting sometimes weeks or months to get their rigs repaired and we didn't want to fall into that trap, especially since we would no longer have a sticks and bricks house to rely on if/when the time for repairs came...
