​We focus on the manufacturing of functional micro-/nanostructural devices by femtosecond laser ablation... We focus on studying carbon-based materials to explore the mechanics, optical properties, electronic properties and their inner-relationship of carbon-based materials. Based on this, our study includes four parts: 1. fs laser manufacturing of functional devices; 2. characteriazation via TA, Raman, XRD and SEM; 3. electronic packaging and thin film growth; 4. multiscale calculation via TDDFT, MD and COMSOL
