DANAREKSA

PT Danareksa (Persero) ("Danareksa") owned 100% by the Government of Indonesia, was established on December 28, 1976 through Government Regulation No. 25 of 1976 concerning the Equity Participation of the Republic of Indonesia for the Establishment of a Limited Liability Company (Persero) "Mutual Fund". Danareksa became increasingly recognized as a pioneer of financial investment in Indonesia, when on August 10, 1977, the 2nd President of the Republic of Indonesia, Soeharto, inaugurated the re-opening of the Jakarta Stock Exchange (now "Indonesia Stock Exchange") which was closed in 1958 at the Danareksa Building. Since, the presence of Danareksa has become a symbol of the start of the Indonesia Capital Market.
