Basaria is a professional who has more than 20 years of experience in the banking sector. He has a wide range of expertise related to change management, strategic planning, organizational development, learning organizations and HR.
Before joining Danareksa, Basaria had dedicated his career to PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BNI) for more than 14 years. He started his career at BNI as VP Transformation Program from April 2009 - 2014, then as VP Customer Insight and Analytics from April 2012 - June 2015. Basaria continues to be trusted to lead various divisions at BNI, such as Deputy General Manager Product Management Division, Head of Consumer & Retail BNI West Java Region, Head of Data Analytics, Head of BNI Subsidiaries, and most recently as Head of Corporate Development & Transformation.
Basaria completed a Bachelor of Mining Engineering at the Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB) and then continued his Master of Business education in Change Management at Victoria University, Australia.
Perjalanan karir Chris Soemijantoro dimulai sebagai FX dan Bond Market dari beberapa Perusahaan di Indonesia dan Singapura, seperti PT Sigma Batara, Bear Stearns Asia (USA & Hong Kong), dan Barclays Capital (Hong Kong & Singapura). Chris kemudian melanjutkan karirnya untuk bergabung dengan Macquarie Bank di Singapura yang berfokus pada area commodity financing, sebelum menduduki posisi Director di Goldman Sachs (Singapura) selama 7 tahun di bidang structure financing dan derivative.
Sebelum bergabung dengan PT Danareksa (Persero), Chris menjabat sebagai Director di Bank of America N.A dari tahun 2019 - 2021 dan Chris Soemijantoro menyandang gelar Bachelor of Business Administration dengan jurusan Economics dari Flagler College, Florida, USA. Kemudian beliau menyelesaikan pendidikan Master of Financial Management dari Australian National University di Canberra, Australia.
Didid Noordiatmoko was appointed as Commissioner of PT Danareksa (Persero) based on the Decree of the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) Number SK - 368 / MBU / 12/2023. Previously she was trusted to carry out the mandate as Commissioner of PT Danareksa Finance (2023), Commissioner of PT Kliring Berjangka Indonesia (2023), Head of Badan Pengawas Perdagangan Berjangka Komoditi (2022-2023).

Muhammad Irwan earned his Bachelor degree from the Faculty of Law, University of Indonesia, Jakarta (1994) and Master of Law degree from the Faculty of Law, University of Indonesia, Jakarta (2002). He also studied Management at Prasetiya Mulya University, Jakarta (2017) and earned another Master of Management degree.
His career began as a Legal Officer at PT Kliring Deposit Efek Indonesia (1994-1996). He previously served as Vice President of Legal, Corporate Communication and General Affairs at PT Kliring Penjaminan Efek Indonesia (2004-2009), Executive Vice President, Legal, Compliance and Corporate Secretary at PT Mandiri Sekuritas (2009-2013), Managing Director, Legal, Compliance, Human Resource and Corporate Secretary of PT Maybank Kim Eng Securities (2013-2014), Director, Operation, Finance & Accounting, IT, Risk Management, Legal at PT CIMB Securities Indonesia (2014-2017), and Senior Vice President, Portfolio Management and Advisory of PT Danareksa (Persero) (2018). Robert Pakpahan was appointed as President Commissioner concurrently as Independent Commissioner of PT Danareksa (Persero) based on the Decree of the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) Number SK - 324 / MBU / 10/2020. In 2017-2019 he was trusted to carry out the mandate as Director General of Taxes. Previously he served as Director General of Debt Management of the Ministry of Finance which later changed its title to Director General of Financing and Risk Management, Ministry of Finance in 2013-2017. In 2011-2013, he was appointed as an Expert Staff for State Revenue. He also served as Director of Business Process Transformation in 2006-2011 then served as Director of Tax Potential and Systems until 2005-2006, and served as Reviewer for Tax Extensibility and Intensification in 2003-2005.
Born in Tanjung Balai on October 20, 1959. He studied Diploma IV at the State College of Accountancy (STAN) in 1987. Then he continued his magister studies at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, USA with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree and earned a Doctorate from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, USA in 1998.
