Like most real estate companies, our company started with the simple renovation of houses and apartments... We quickly realized that there were very few quality renovations and quality rentals in the Belgian real estate market. Over time, Investim Réalisations has acquired building plots to build new apartment buildings... Currently, a new building on Genval-Rixensart's new Genval paper mill site has just been completed: 20 luxury 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom apartments are now available.
