Jalal-Abad State University was founded in 1993 and is a public institution designed to provide higher education in following fields: Medical, Engineering electronics; energy; construction; education; agro-industrial complex etc... Jalal-Abad State University, Faculty of medicine is located at the centre of Jalalabad city, Faculty of Medicine is taught in the Main Building as well as a separate building is dedicated to the medical faculty, named as ATF building. Jalal-Abad State University, Faculty of medicine is also known as Jalalabad state medical university, university is recognised with highest level of accreditation by Education department of Kyrgyzstan & Ministry of health in Kyrgyzstan, Jalal-Abad State University is known as No.1 University in Kyrgyzstan ATF building comprised with classrooms, labs, and all other facilities, and this building is attached with the boys hostels where international students stays
