Our mission is to provide quality, evidence-based practices to persons in Enhanced Behavioral Support Homes ("EBSH") in California... At EBSI, we offer multi-disciplinary supports of different types, which are bolstered by outside specialists ranging from behavior analysts to psychologists to psychiatrists to nutritionists and more. Our teams are led by an amazing Director of Operations, and each of our California-based Enhanced Behavioral Support (EBSH) homes is supported by a dedicated Program Administrator. Our programs are located in Santa Cruz, Santa Clara, and San Benito Counties... We devote our time to serve others. We are people caring for and about other people. We push beyond our limits to make a positive impact on those we serve and serve with. Our cause is difficult, but it is worth it. We are compassionate and caring. We are present and accountable. We are ESSENTIAL.
