Dr. Heidi Morgan is a board certified behavior analyst (BCBA-D), school psychologist, and certified ARF Administrator. She has been working in CCL-licensed and Regional Center-vendorized homes since 1993. Sunder Morgan is an ARF Administrator and Red Cross-certified First Aid/CPR instructor who has been supporting individuals with developmental disabilities since 2008.
