BAYNARD PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION

The Baynard Property Owners Association was incorporated in 1979. We have a total of 214 homes that make up our association. These homes are located on Baynard Park Road, Baynard Cove Road, Baynard Peninsula, Marsh Drive, Plantation Drive, Red Oak Road, Turnberry Lane, and The Baynard Cove Club Villas on Baynard Park Road... 2019 marked our 40-year anniversary of serving the needs of our neighborhood and keeping our residents informed on any matters that might affect individual homeowners and our association as a whole. We are a volunteer organization and homeowners have contributed their time to the Board, various committees, individual park cleanups and social groups to ensure we have, and maintain, a strong sense of neighborhood community.
