SPM DESIGN - Key Persons

Steve Medeiros, reg. arch, is a 1993 graduate of Roger Williams University, where he obtained a Bachelor's degree in Architecture. Steve's background consists of over 25 years experience with many varied types of commercial and residential design. His specialties include restaurant, office, and residential design. Since starting SPM Design in 2004, he has worked on well over 300 large or small scale residential projects throughout RI, MA, and surrounding areas, ranging in scope from small 400 sf additions to 6,000 sf new residences, as well as several ground-up office and adaptive re-use projects. Steve is currently a registered architect in Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and Virginia.
