During our combined 40 years experience in the industry, we couldn't help but notice a gap in the market. It was a gap that lacked quality customer relations and a personable approach to homebuilding. We knew we could lead the way in doing it better; so Leading Homes WA was born... Leading Homes WA was founded by Directors Rob and Stacey Leader, who've spent both their entire careers in Perth's building industry. Together, their joint bank of knowledge and passion for quality design, construction and service is the driving force behind the organisation.
