Cheanda runs all facets of the day to day office operations and is an integral part of making sure our customers receive service beyond reproach. Cheanda is a graduate of the Ho-Ho-Kus School of Business in Ho-ho-kus, NJ earning her degree in office management. She has been with W.E. James Engineering and Land Surveying, PLLC since its inception in 1999 and is an invaluable part of our team... we can provide all services necessary to successfully bring your project from concept to completion including initial surveying and topography, wetlands location, land planning/subdivision layout, roadway design, grading plan, erosion and sediment control planning…... We have been developing property and working with local town boards, planning boards, zoning boards, health departments and the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation in the Mid-Hudson region for over 25 years.
