In 2020, Bulten acquired PSM International and with the purchase entered into new customer areas outside the automotive industry. Large parts of PSM:s operations are already integrated with Bulten, but now, as part of Bulten's 150th anniversary celebration, we are taking the next step by changing names. Our PSM units in Asia are already in the process of changing their names to Bulten and our PSM unit in the US is changing its name later this year... Bulten manufactures and delivers high-tech fasteners. We also help to develop the products during their life cycles, either according to customer wishes or our own suggestions for improvement... Bulten does more for its customers than simply delivering the products they order. We also offer a number of services to support our customers.
