GLDev offers curriculum in several disciplines but emphasizes leadership development. Leaders create space for others to use their skills in a variety of fields to improve the circumstances around them, helping potential meet opportunity... Following a trip to the war torn country of Afghanistan in 2001, GLDev staff began to recognize the limitations placed on people's potential by conflict. GLDev began its journey of developing a cross-cultural platform that could bring the best practices of leadership development into the most challenging of circumstances... We believe limitless potential already exists in our students. We provide the necessary tools to help them engage in novel growth within themselves and throughout their communities.
