The care that we offer is entirely focused on the careful evaluation of a resident's changing needs. We do this through a comprehensive set of assessments which are carried out prior to admission. These assessments allow us to ensure that Rose Farm can continually meet both our residents' needs and improve their quality of life... The buildings have been thoughtfully and attractively converted from barns which date back to the 1700's, and by retaining their original features and character we have managed to create a warm, homely and comfortable environment for our clients. Our purpose built Dementia Unit was completed in 2002... The key worker scheme is highly effective, our experience is that carers gain a greater understanding of a specific individual and are thus able to notice deteriorations or improvements in the residents' well being. Better understanding means that care can remain discreet and the level of support adjusted according to need.
