Thank you for inquiring about my training programs. It has been an exhilarating experience working with Air Traffic Controllers from all over the country at all levels of development. By properly identifying the foundation and tenants of Air Traffic Control the fusing of Human Factors has proved to be the key that has unlocked the door to learning and awareness levels never before attained. At the core of my training is the ability to enable Controllers to intellectually go from "knowing" to "understanding." When this occurs the benefits to themselves and the safety system are immeasurable. By combining my experience as an air safety expert, human factors expert and air traffic controller I have been able to define and align mental processes to actions at the scope.
