On Mission's services were unintentionally incubated at HOPE International following the publication of the book Mission Drift in 2014. Following the book, On Mission's founder developed mission-focused assessments to discern how well HOPE's global offices were doing in fulfilling its Mission. During this time other organizations began approaching HOPE for support in keeping their organization's on Mission. To meet this demand for workshops and assessments, On Mission was created...
