Becca Spradlin - Founder

Becca Spradlin, founder of On Mission, equips executives, board members, and teams to advance their Christ-centered ambitions, creating a legacy of eternal impact. By helping Kingdom-focused companies and nonprofits define, protect, and champion their Missions, On Mission seeks to play a catalytic role in seeing God glorified globally. Ms. Spradlin specializes in executive facilitation and workshops, organizational assessment, and strategy design. She brings over 15 years of experience facilitating workshops and evaluations for businesses and nonprofits on five continents, including five years at a rating agency. She's coached and trained teams virtually and in-person, from businesses to nonprofits, including those focused domestically and internationally with U.S.-based organizations, global organizations, and national teams based outside of the U.S. In 2020, she co-authored the Mission True Workbook. This interactive guide provides leaders with practical next steps to keep their organizations focused on making an eternal impact. Becca has led strategy and change efforts within global organizations, learning from successes and missteps that inform her approach to strategy and change management today. Since 2019, she has been leading teams through learning about and applying change management models. She received her Change Management Professional Certification from the Acuity Institute School of Business Leadership and later became a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner. Her support in training, coaching, and advising teams, applying these frameworks cross cultural and collaboratively with on-going project management efforts, has helped organizations implement new initiatives with a deeper focus on leading the people side of change. Her change management experience complements her work in strategy design and execution as most strategy work requires change, and in particular, behavior change. She also has certifications in adult learning and human-centered design. She holds a master's degree in applied economics from Johns Hopkins University and undergraduate degrees in business and communications from Grove City College. She resides in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.

Cath Forney

Cathleen Forney, is an organized, team leader with a multi-disciplinary background in science, business, and organizational development. She is result-oriented with proven experience in clinical research, team management, virtual team leadership, as well as customer and employee education. For 30 years, Cath executed business strategies, tactics, and developed business solutions across medical device companies and hospital systems. She holds a master's degree in business and a master's degree in adult education with an emphasis in organizational development from Penn State University. Her bachelor's of science in biology was earned from Geneva College. Cath currently resides in State College, Pennsylvania.

Jim McGee

Job Titles:
  • Executive Advisor, Research
Jim McGee believes research, data analysis, and listening externally and internally, enable organizations to deepen their mission fulfillment and impact. His areas of expertise include program evaluation, sampling, survey design, statistical modeling, and focus groups. He brings extensive experience from serving with market research firms, charitable organizations, as well as donor-advisement and fundraising consultancies. Jim has conducted quantitative and qualitative research projects in more than 20 countries. He holds a master of science in marketing research from the University of Texas at Arlington and a bachelor of arts from Texas Christian University. He has lived in Russia, Malaysia, and currently resides in Colorado.

Tammy Wang

Tammy Wang specializes in helping leaders and teams build flourishing organizations that drive results and impact to clients, stakeholders, and society. She has a passion for building the internal and local capacity and capabilities of organizations, equipping them to fulfill their mission. Tammy's areas of expertise include leadership and team development, strategy design, organizational transformation and culture alignment, design thinking and facilitation to help organizations tackle complex challenges. For 20 years, she has supported leaders of multi-national corporations, non-profits, and start-ups across the Americas, Africa, and Asia. She is an Authorized Partner and Trainer of Everything DiSC® suite of products and Five Behaviors® of a Cohesive Team, and holds a master's degree in organizational development from Pepperdine University and a bachelor's in political science from Columbia University. She resides in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
