Established in 1984 by Dermot Grant, as a sole practitioner based in an office in Rathgar, providing audit and accounting services, the firm has evolved into what is now known as Blackthorn Capital. In the earlier years we were known as Dermot F Grant and Company, when Ann-Marie Reddy joined the firm. As the firm grew and the service offering expanded into other areas the firm rebranded and Grant Reddy was established, based in our new office in Percy Place. Roslyn Fitzgerald had joined us at this stage and was pivotal in the firms development. In 2000 Dermot and Ann-Marie established Origin Corporate Finance, a business specialising in corporate finance consultancy.
