Ann-Marie Reddy

Ann-Marie (FCPA, CTA) has been in practice since 1989 and specialises in Business Advisory services, Mergers & Acquisitions, Due Diligence, Management and Restructuring along with Strategic Planning. She co-founded Origin Corporate Finance, now Blackthorn Capital, in 2000. She has a wealth of experience in commercial transactions and has advised clients on all aspects of a deal. She has an understanding of not only the commercial and legal aspects to these transactions, but also what drives them and the dynamics from both a buyers and a sellers perspective. Outside of the day job, she is a keen sports fan and spends most of her spare time pitchside. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Certiļ¬ed Public Accountants and a member of Irish Tax Institute.

Dermot Grant

Dermot (FCCA, FCPA, CTA, FCI Arb) has spent over 30 years as the Principal Partner in Accountancy Firms, during which time he has specialized in Corporate Finance. He co-founded Origin Corporate Finance with Ann-Marie in 2000. Dermot now acts as a consultant to Blackthorn Capital. His extensive experience in advising on Business Acquisitions, Mergers, Management Buy-Outs / In's , Valuations, Fund-raising and Business Exit Strategies across multiple sectors is invaluable.

Roslyn Fitzgerald

Roslyn (FCCA, CTA) has been in practice since 1999 and has vast experience in the area of Corporate and Personal tax, Tax Advice in connection with M&A and Restructuring and Planning. She also deals with the company's broad range of clients in Audit and Compliance. Her attention to detail and focus is exceptional and her drive to ensure the client has the best advice and support is second to none. Roslyn likes to keep fit, whether this is looking after the family's busy calendar, frequenting the gym or coaching her local GAA girls team. Roslyn is a member of the Irish Tax Institute and a fellow of the Association of Chartered Accountants.
