My background in the culinary industry includes working in every restaurant position from the kitchen to bar. After working in the industry for seven years I realized I could not give people the experience I envisioned working in a restaurant setting. In order to make my vision a reality I attended Cook Street School of Culinary Arts! Now I do not have to compromise the quality, flexible, and attentive experience you need and deserve to appease a company or boss more concerned with the bottom line.
