As a child, I was surrounded by love, family and incredible food. My cooking skills and ability to navigate around the kitchen came naturally. I started cooking at a young age and continued to create dishes for my own family and friends focusing on both distinctive tastes and presentation. Then I had my "mid-life crisis" and took it to the next level! I attended culinary school and received my Culinary Diploma from New School Of Cooking LA. In the summer of 2019, I completed my internship with Chef Amanda Cohen, owner of Dirt Candy Restaurant NYC. I could not of have had a more amazing culinary learning experience, which I will carry with me, always... I am extremely grateful to have traveled abroad over the years, indulging in many different local tastes. Along the way, I attended cooking classes in Morocco, India, Thailand, Ethiopia, Italy and more to come! Learning new dishes and creating distinctive flavors has given me an even deeper appreciation of these incredible cultures.
