FERRINI RANCH

The Kelton Family purchased Ferrini Ranch over 40 years ago. The proposed development of Ferrini Ranch is a joint project of Mark Kelton of Domain Corporation and Ray Harrod Jr., a local homebuilder. Mark and Ray share not only their long-standing family traditions in building beautiful new homes and communities, but also their commitments to preserving views, open space, agricultural tradition and other characteristics that make living in Monterey County and along the Highway 68 corridor so special. The Kelton and Harrod families are long-standing members of the community. They have built and continue long term ownership of commercial and residential properties in Salinas and within Monterey County, and have helped with a number of community projects over the years such as the Salinas sports complex, Hartnell College's scholarship program, the Salinas swimming pool, the YMCA, the Boys and Girls Club, and other local programs serving the community.
