WCF

WCF was incorporated to promote Track II diplomacy across various sectors and with multiple nations in accordance with its original mandate to build political and social bridges on a global scale. While WCF has previously had a more direct focus on the Middle East by aligning with current Track I efforts during various administrations, WCF has no regional limits to conduct its operations, where such activities fall within the good faith and letter of the law. Furthermore, dialogue and work of Track II diplomacy has been encouraged globally, even in the most difficult circumstances where regular commerce and trade has been suspended. On this basis, WCF is able to calibrate its activities on a global scale and is ready and willing to work where the needs are the greatest.
