Alper worked for Equities First institutional investment firm that specialised in long-term asset-backed financing. Prior to Bays Consulting & Management Alper was President at International Project Funding LLC, where he was actively involved in Internet Marketing in USA and Europe. Alper has master's degree from Florida Atlantic University ( FAU ) in international banking and investment and MBA in international relations
Brian Sayers has been building and leading organizations over the last ten years that focus on Track II diplomacy in some of the most challenging regions of the globe. He has worked with several governments and international organizations to implement humanitarian work and capacity building programs. Prior to this, Brian served as a political officer for the North Atlantic Treaty Organization in the Operations Division and was appointed as a Political Advisor to the NATO Commander in Kosovo. Brian is a graduate of the Universities of Georgetown (AB) and St. Andrews in Scotland (M.Litt).
Claire Greenslade has over twenty years of experience in group life and health benefits account management. As an account manager, she worked with the sales team to prepare marketing and benefit plan recommendations.
