Currently, Circlia Nordic is collaborating with 3 companies and Aarhus University to test our technology in big-scale operation... Circlia Nordic specialises in developing the hydrothermal liquefaction process, a known process which has not previously been made profitable... The company has designed a modular plant, and its goal is to make it widespread throughout the world. If there are only 50,000 plants worldwide, Circlia Nordic can supply 100 million tons of crude oil per year. This would be crucial for the environment and reduce CO2 emissions by at least 200 million tons each year.
