The Research Group on Biomarkers, Exposome, and Nutritional and Food Metabolomics is composed of an international and multidisciplinary team of more than 10 doctoral and postdoctoral researchers, supported by collaborators from prestigious international institutions... Our research focuses on biomarkers of consumption, effect, and disease risk in nutritional and epidemiological studies, using both targeted and untargeted metabolomics approaches. We are distinguished by our strong international presence in the field of healthy aging, actively engaging in various European initiatives and collaborations... Our activity focuses on the investigation of biomarkers of consumption, effect, and disease risk in nutritional, health, and epidemiological studies, using both targeted quantitative metabolomics.
