SME provides alcohol of the highest quality, delivered on time, and supported by an experienced team that responds quickly to customer needs. SME is kosher-certified operating under a certified quality management system, with two certified chemists on staff... SME began production in May 2008 and produced over 70 million gallons of alcohol annually. Upgrades to the distillation system were completed in April of 2021. Our new state-of-the-art system can produce over 20 million gallons of grain neutral spirits and allow for production at any proof and any blend... Our grain products include Dried Distillers Grains with Solubles (DDGS) and Modified Wet Distillers Grains with Solubles (MWDGS).
